Mr. Hemant Sharma holds B.Com. LL.B. degree from the University of Rajasthan. He also holds P.G. Diplomas in Labour and Taxation Law. He has been associated with this office since 2009, and has outstanding skills in legal research and drafting

Mr. Sarthak Rastogi holds a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) [5 years integrated course] Degree from the National Law Institute University, Bhopal. He has attended and presented research papers at various National level Conferences. He also possesses exceptional skills in corporate/legal research and drafting.
He has experience in Alternate Dispute Resolution Methods like Mediation and Negotiation and has been associated with ‘Mediators Beyond Borders’, a trans-border non-profit Organization that holds Workshops and has helped in mediating various International Disputes over the last few years. He has also extensively worked on practically applying Plea-Bargaining in the Prisons at Bhopal and Jaipur, and helped many undertrials set free.
